Safety Inspections
Fire Door Updates & Testing
Inspectors, insurance companies and safety directors all push for safer working environments. Fire doors are an important aspect of fire safety in buildings. They keep the spread of fire to a minimum by keeping it from moving from one part of the building into another. Every year, per code, fire doors must be tested and brought up to current codes and standards. We have been conducting annual inspections in office buildings, industrial facilities and schools all over southeastern Wisconsin for many years now. We work hard to stay current with code updates, training and customer communication. Ask about a free fire door survey today, before it's too late.
ADA Compliance, Inspection and Updates
Accessibility for those that are not as mobile as others is very important to us. If you have a question on compliance issues, a door entrance that needs to be modified, a door that needs and automatic opener, or doors that need to be tested, we can help. We are AAADM certified.
Equipment Inspections
Not only do we inspect fire doors, we also can inspect and make recommendations and repairs on a variety of other items: Overhead Doors, Rolling Doors (Std & Fire), Pedestrian Doors (Std & Fire), Bleachers/Grandstands, Automatic Doors, High Speed Doors, Operators and Safety Equipment, Basketball Backstops, Bi-Fold Doors, Operable Walls and More. For schools, we can basically perform inspections and maintenance on anything inside your gymnasium. We will be thorough, detailed, up to date on codes/standards and give you a full report with recommendations for you to approve as you desire.
Safety Component Checks
If there is one topic on every facility manager's agenda, it's safety. Keeping your people safe is just the plain right thing to do. It makes lives better, lowers insurance costs, keeps morale up and maintains a smooth workflow. To assist you in your safety efforts, we follow "your" safety guidelines as well as the standards put out by OSHA. We conduct safety meetings twice a month, certify our field service personnel, maintain our safety equipment, offer inspection and preventive maintenance services and provide access to a multitude of safety devices.
