A Fine-Toothed Comb ... for Hairline Cracks
A very small issue can become a disastrous dilemma, if not notices and handled. When we PM a door system (or any operable system for that matter), we look at everything. One of the components on a sectional door is the hinge. If you look closely, sometimes you can predict the failure of a hinge by noticing a small "hairline" stress crack. If you see this, it is time to replace that hinge before it breaks completely and jambs your door system ... causing downtime and increased cost due to a more extensive repair.
