The finest product in the world is ultimately undermined if it was not installed properly from the start. With that fact known, we put the same effort into our installations as we put into searching for the highest quality products. We strive to make sure our installations are as near perfect as possible. This ensures the life of the product, the presentation and the functionality of it.
We’ve made the investment in a variety of equipment to get the job done safely. From scissors lifts that we trailer to job sites, welders and torches that are mounted on the trucks, and power tools that we bring with us—we are ready to get the job done.
Our installers are trained in-house, as well as out in the field, until they are ready to be out on their own. They are trained to pay attention to detail, are professional, friendly and very thorough.

One of the qualities we are most proud of is our response to service requests. Our service technicians are cross-trained to service all of the products we sell. With our on-call program, we are available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. When you call, you will always be able to talk to a live person. Before we come out to your location, we ask the appropriate questions in order to know your expectations.

Our service technicians are also equipped with inspection/take-off sheets to bring important information back to the office for analysis, cost estimation and proper recommendations.

Parts & Inventory
When your equipment is down or your point of access is compromised, you want it repaired, back up and running as soon as possible. In the past 25+ years, we’ve accumulated a list of the most commonly used or most necessary repair parts to have on hand. We then stock them on our trucks and in our warehouse. It always costs money to keep items on hand—but the pay-off to our customers is worth it.
Our warehouse manager pays close attention to our warehouse inventory, so we always have plenty of stock to reload the trucks in our service fleet. Each one of our trucks weighs about 14,000 lbs. When we set one up, the goal is be completely prepared to serve our customers.
