FAQ

Please browse our frequently asked questions, and feel free to call us if your question is not answered here. We are always here to help!

What is Rinderle Door’s coverage area?

Easily said, we cover Southeastern Wisconsin. We are decidedly local. Being close to our customers allows us to get there faster and be more responsive to your needs. We like to be within an hour of our customers. Not only does this give us a closer proximity, it means more time on the job and less time driving. It also gets our technicians home faster at the end of the day to be with their families.

How do I place a service call?

Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it. But if you want to be prepared, here are a few things to know: billing info, site address, door and equipment location/number, problem and history if available, onsite contact name and number, hours of availability and urgency. Having this will help us serve you faster. Request service today.

Do you give free estimates?

Absolutely. We use a consultative approach and ask a lot of questions. We’ll give you options if you want them and guide you through all of our experience to land on the best possible solution. Our field estimators came from the field, so they know their stuff. With a goal to serve, you will know they are looking out for your best interest. Get an appointment today!

Do you do residential?

Back in 2008, when the economy took a turn, we analyzed our customer base. Less than 1% of our business had been residential. We made a decision to focus 100% of our efforts on commercial accounts in all areas (inventory, truck stock, training and resources). There are many options for residential services online. If you need some help, we can make a referral. If you are a commercial facility, we got you covered!

Do you test fire doors?

Yes! Over 1,000 of them every year. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) mandates that ALL fire doors be tested annually. We have spent decades learning the code, building relationships with vendors, providing training and amassing a huge reference library of fire door knowledge to train our people and provide service/resources for our customers. Call us to discuss your needs and questions. We’re here to help!

Are you hiring?

Always. We want the best and are in a growing mode. Good talent is hard to come by, and beyond that-we are always on the lookout for customer-oriented team players. Don’t worry if you don’t know the door business; we’ll teach you that. If you get a thrill out of making a customer happy, we want you on our team. Learn more.

New Construction?

We prefer to work for the end-user. A direct conduit to our customers lets us control the situation and give better communication. If you are a General Contractor and want to work with us, it is always best to have a conversation first to make sure we are a good fit.

Your service personnel are really quite impressive. They are all consistently congenial, good-natured, and always seem to conduct themselves in a craftsman-like manner.— Rick, Health Care Industry
